The term of office for the 1st Rotaract Round Trip Taipei Ambassadors: from January 1st to July 1st, 2015. The Ambassador must be an active Rotaractor and applied for Non-Taiwanese Rotaractors only. Promoting the Rotaract Round Trip Taipei to contacts in your district/city/country. Forwarding the promotional emails and using social media to promote the Rotaract Round Trip Taipei (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Vimeo, Google+, Linkedin, Tweeting and re-tweeting). The Ambassadors are not required but encouraged to physically attend a Rotaract/District meeting or event at their own expenses. However, the related expenses will NOT be covered by the Rotaract Round Trip Taipei.
How to conduct?
Interested in becoming a Rotaract Round Trip Taipei ambassador, contact our organizing team at firstname.lastname@example.org before January 15th, before fully understanding of the R&R of the Rotaract Round Trip Taipei. The confirmed Ambassadors will receive an official email and be posted on the Taipei Round Trip page. Always copy email@example.com while forwarding or sending emails. Tag Rotaract Round Trip Taipei on Facebook of the promotion with tagging #ractriptaipei. Be creative and enjoy sharing the Rotaract Round Trip Taipei!

Each Ambassador will gain a certificate after completing the task. The organizing team will recognize the Ambassadors at the Welcoming Ceremony. Ambassador will be the priority for participants electing and get 10% off on the registration fee
